Great experience! Easy quick and efficient. Was shown a truck in the showroom by Mackenzie earlier in the day that fit my needs. Left for a few hours came back and took delivery same day, with quick finance turnaround courtesy Skylar, Mackenzie’s husband (they make a great team) just prior to close. I had an overheating issue with my leased Tahoe and brought it to the closet dealer to my house. Herb Chambers in Danvers, MA. After talking with their service manager, Mario, I had to tow my car to another dealer. I was told they would not service my vehicle because I did not buy it there and they would not work on it.

I leased a chevy equinox ev 4 door suv with Matt Correira, our salesman at Amesbury Chevrolet and the entire experience was great. Tony is THE best in the service department. Caring, professional and works for the customer. We drive an hour to have our vehicles serviced by him. Best car buying experience, Skyler the general manager helped me over the phone before I visited the dealership. He was great, gave me options and pricing on vehicles in my price range and numbers on my trade. I then went in to meet with Makenzi to see my options in person. They had all four vehicles I was interested in all pulled up and turned on with the ac blasting (it was 98 out).

The most important thing was they listened to me! I wish I could remember my service advisors name but embarrassingly I can only remember his last name was Ford. Thank you all for a GREAT experience!
